Opened in 2006, this two-level church structure includes a beautiful 525-seat sanctuary, a large narthex gathering area, a 50-person chapel, library, coat room, and church offices on the main level.
The lower level of the building is exposed on three sides in a natural hillside and houses a 200-seat fellowship hall, full kitchen, meeting rooms, classrooms and is designed for use as a daycare, preschool or elementary school.
The building sits on one of the highest points in Waukesha County, and was situated close to a major highway with parking behind to increase visibility. Facing the highway is a 45-foot cross in the main altar gable. Extensive studies were conducted to provide the congregation with a clear view of the sky through the main cross while not allowing any direct sun-glare into the seating area. All sanctuary viewing angles are also maximized for open sight lines with a fan-shaped seating arrangement only 12 rows deep from the altar.
