“I enjoy taking ideas and feelings and turning them into something that gets built and impacts lives.”

With a background in both anthropology and architecture, Troy takes a keen interest in how the built environment affects the people who live there. He focuses primarily on design at the firm, but also is involved in programming, developing construction documents, and construction administration. Long-term clients rely on Troy as the point person for all things building-related. He is committed to the practice of sustainable design, and works with clients to balance user needs with the impact on future generations. Troy finds projects close to home—the city he loves and lives in—especially rewarding, and recalls taking a community center project home to get his kids’ reaction since youth was the target audience.
